Ulzzang is a very popular term mainly in South Korea where the "style" was born. The term is used to describe a good appearance, it can be translated as "best face", this term has become a style where the followers try to reach perfection, always very beautiful and with flawless skin, almost like dolls, they use many facial masks and products like eyelids paste, circle lens and others, creams for skin whitening is also commom among them and we can not forget the cute photos, something that makes them known♡
It is very popular style among girls and boys and today also have Ulzzang contests.
Ulzzang beauty standard... more or less a somewhat more extreme than the standard Korean beauty.
They like to have small and thin nose, big eyes, small lips and thin face and to achieve such a result, they use makeup and plastic surgery. Ulzzangs seek beauty but some people think they are "fake" and don't like the style.
Much of the Korean Idols (called k-idols) have been or are still Ulzzang, some examples are: Kim HimChan (from B.A.P), Yura (Girl's Day), Kwon Mina (AOA), Park ChanYeol (EXO), Park HanByul (Actress), Song JoongKi (actor), Ahn JaeHyo (Block B) and Baek Jae Ah (actress).

They use makeup to enhance the features I mentioned above, face contour and eyeliner is part of ulzzang makeup. Two very important cherecteristics in these makeup are gradient lips (giving the impression that the lips are smaller) and "puffy eyes".

Ulzzangs have a differential of others styles: photos, something very important to them. Angle, lighting, poses and facial expressions are things that they dominate. Most ulzzangs became known for their photos. All of these elements to make your pictures helped a lot, but something that they always use is edition. One of the programs most used is Meitu XiuXiu.
